I hired Black Ram General Construction to paint the exterior of one of my rental properties. They completely impressed me with the way they kept a clean job site and picked up after themselves at the end as if they were never there. I hired them again to redo a kitchen and bath on another one of my properties along with the entire painting inside and out. I'm a busy guy and they took care of everything for me without the need for me to babysit them. They definitely aren't cheap, but they are worth every penny. I especially liked that they kept me updated on the progress and when issues came up with my old house, they came to me with the problem and the solutions to choose from. Very glad all I had to worry about was signing the checks and they made stuff happen. Black Ram is my Go-To for any of my properties.

I’m not much for leaving reviews but im very happy with the work Misael did while painting my house. He also made sure to Pick up after himself so I didn’t have to worry about a mess at the end. He also covered my plants so they wouldn’t get hit with overspray.

From day one, they were very communicative and made me feel comfortable with every part of the experience. When hiccups came up, they notified me right away and gave me my options to resolve them. They didn’t make me feel like they were just in and out to get their check but rather we’re genuinely concerned with my satisfaction and made sure to give me progress reports at the end of the day. I just had my whole kitchen remodeled and because this was my first time doing a big project I was extremely nervous. Misael and Selina were an absolute dream to work with. They were extremely thorough in explaining things to me and keeping me up to date during every step of the process. They were flexible and understanding when little issues in my old house came up and additional work needed to be done. I am in love with my new kitchen and I will be working with them again for any new projects I have done for my house.

I hired Black Ram General Construction LLC to do various jobs in my home. When I bought my house, I needed to have some support posts added to my front porch, a support beam replaced in my garage, and new insulation for my attic. The previous homeowners left behind large amounts of debris and trash in the attic that also needed to be removed before the insulation could be replaced. Misael was able to do all of these things for me. He did an awesome job explaining everything from the materials he would use to how the work would be completed. He was very thorough with his work, he made sure to seal everything properly. All around, the job was done great. All areas were left super clean. I appreciate the quality of the work done and the accessible price I was given. I would recommend them for anyone needing to get work done in their house. I would also definitely hire him again for any future home projects I could have.
